Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for products that meet the return eligibility requirements.

Return Method & Fees

  • Returns are completed by mail.

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be included in the package at no cost to you.

  • No restocking fees apply.

How to Start a Return

  2. Use the included prepaid return label to ship the product back to us.

  3. Make sure the return is sent within the 30-day window.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 14 days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
